Description

Input field history and make shared input field optional

NEW: The old UI had seperate input fields (+ seperate history) for
every view. In the new UI you have the option to share one input field
(+ history) between all views. This was long, long requested.

NEW: When arrowing up into history and then back down into the
previous input field contents the cursor position is now restored.
