Don't force KUIT markup in Grantlee templates
KUIT markup will either produce plain text with all tags stripped, or Qt
rich text with enclosing <html> tags. Both options are unsuitable for
generating parts of a larger HTML or rich text document.
Fixes 80+ failures in the messageviewer render test.
