Capitalize Graphviz consistently

• The name of the product is 'Graphviz' (see https://graphviz.org/), make the variables match that capitalization. Also make the variable name in find_package_handle_standard_args() match that capitalization.
• Removes one warning, for capitalization-mismatch, from the CMake run.
