Revert "cmake: Only search for QtAV when mediaplayer is enabled"

This partially reverts commit 38b2616003706cc3c70aced96978a4a2113c9a2e:
As the process doesn't abort anymore, it makes sense to search for it anyway to
correctly report whether it is present or not in the end.
