Description

Refactoring code in 'src/global' into a shared library

... with modern CMake configuration, CamelCase headers. Other KBibTeX
libraries no longer compile and include 'global/kbibtex.cpp', but rather
link to this new library 'KBibTeX::Global' aka 'kbibtexglobal'.
