Report non-essential tablet debug info with dbgInput

dbgTablet is turned on by default and should only include essential
information for tablet debugging, basically the initial info and the
tablet logs which get enabled with Ctrl+Shift+T. The device name and
window targeting lines add a lot of noise to the debug logs.
