Clean up signals in KisTagChooserWidget

Before this commit, there were a few signals that weren't used anymore
and the signal for chosen tag was names in a confusingly similar way
to the slot for a signal from combobox.
This commit makes sure the naming scheme is less confusing
and the unused signals are removed.
