Description

[FEATURE] Add button to file layers to open their reference in Krita

This adds a button behind filelayers to click, which'll get Krita to try and open
the referenced file layer. This should help smoothing out workflows using file layers.

It also fixes some bugs with how file layer files are stored and read.
