packaging macos: Build script improvements

• Sends all errors and buidl status to builddeps_.log Stdout from cmake still goes to terminal
• Build and Rebuild uses the same logic.
• Rebuild uses cmake stamp to force reinstall
• Better error handling
• Other minor fixes
