Remove brush-preset: Clone_Tool_Textured

Clone_Tool_Textured is a too specific preset that require a
tutorial only to setup the origin point to clone from. It might
leave the feeling of a broken tool more than anything. This
type of preset belong imo into a specialised preset bundle.
