Fix resetting onion skins on undoing non-animated processings

Onion skins should not be undone when a non-animated processing
is undone. To achieve that we should avoid this resetting in
INITIALIZING update command.

Now UpdateCommand gets a shared token from KisProcessingApplicator,
which is updated later, when the user actually applies some
processings.
