Add Krita_4_Default_Resources.bundle

still TODO:

• Whitelist this pack as a default activated bundle: I can't see it after a recompile in the Ressource Manager, so there is certainly and issue

• Remove all paintoppresets and brushes from source folder ( and update CMakelist.txt accordingly)
