mojo: Port to ksb::BuildException in new-to-master code.

croak_internal, croak_runtime and some others moved to
ksb::BuildException in master. Code which is new to make_it_mojo branch
needs to be ported manually now since the git-merge wouldn't have added
the proper includes.
