Corrected patch to improve the appearance of the StatusbarProgressWidget (cf. commit bccdb750bcebcc93fdaf3c9a08daa47819be41f0)

This corrected version uses a modified invisible placeholder widget
that ensures constant height for the StatusbarProgressWidget
regardless of whether it is visible or not. This avoids height changes
of the status bar.
