Disable CSS images workaround for Qt WebEngine build

This workaround was implemented back when KDevPlatformDocumentation
supported only Qt WebKit. The workaround fixes visibility of small
images on QtHelp pages in Documentation tool view for Qt WebKit build,
but breaks them for Qt WebEngine build.
