Restructure kdevelop.git layout

As discussed on the mailing list:

Move all plugins into a single folder:

  • $CATEGORY/$PLUGINFOLDER -> plugins/$PLUGINFOLDER
  • kdevplatform/plugins/$PLUGINFOLDER -> plugins/$PLUGINFOLDER
