Small UI fixes - remove useless "minimumSize" values

The patch cleans some ui files and removes useless "minimumSize" values. For some widgets this also fixes resize painting - if we set too small value for "minimumSize" and resize widget (dialog) to smaller value then some child items can be "cropped".
