Bug fix for capture pausing and meridian flips

Summary: When a capture sequence is paused, a meridian flip gets forced, which should not be the case.

Test Plan:
Test case 1: Deactivate the meridian flip, execute a capture sequence and pause it. No meridian flip should happen.

Test case 2: Position the scope east close to the meridian and activate the meridian flip. Start a capture sequence and pause it before the meridian is reached. Check, whether the meridian fip is executed and the capture sequence remains paused. Check this both when the paused state is reached before and after crossing the meridian.
