Impact of scheduler settings on total imaging time corrected

Summary: Scheduler settings like tracking, focusing, aligning and guiding are calculated only once per schedule and not multiplied by the number of open iterations, which led to exaggerated estimations.

Test Plan:

• Activate the scheduler setting "Remember job progress.
• Create a schedule with completion condition "Repeat for x runs".
• Do not activate the steps for tracking, focussing etc.
• Modify the schedule and check, that the estimated duration varies by 1-2 min, whenever you activate or deactivate one of the steps.
