Meridian flip control removed from Capture module

Summary:
Originally, controlling the meridian flip was part of the Capture module. The logic has been shifted to the Mount module so that a meridian flip may also be executed when no capture sequence is running.

Nevertheless, the controls in the Capture module remained in place. After a test phase, it turned out that it is confusing for users.

With this change, the GUI controls are removed from the Capture module.
