land_safe: use ColorOverlay for landing

Instead of different images with different colors, and introduce a
warning color:
"greenish": you can land safely
"yellowish: you can still land but are close to red
"redish": you're too fast and can't land

The resulting colors are a bit dirty, could be improved.
