build: Remove KService dependency

Summary:
..as it's not used anywhere (and the KService isn't some kind of
"selfinitializing" library, that only needs to be linked to).

I was under the impression arcanist would take care of it...

No, long story. Please ask sysadmin. For now the protocol is "ask the email to the author". I'd suggest to fix before other commits pile up.
