Fix a small color and shadow issue with Kdots icon

Summary:
Rotate the upper right red dot back 45° (I rotated it previously in https://phabricator.kde.org/D16840 to align the shadow, but forgot to rotate it back). Also fixed three shadows not being properly aligned with their dots and/or not being at proper elevation.
