Try to get more hints about qwt_plot.h's location.
on openSUSE, qwt6 installs this header into /usr/include/qwt6 and qwt6-qt5
installs it into /usr/include/qt5/qwt6.
Let's ask pkgconfig to find one and extract the include dir.
