Support Auto Temperature Reporting
Summary:
Support for auto temperature reporting in atelier:
- Set in the profile when detected by atcore in M115
- Support Enabling Auto reporting on connection
- Ability to view / toggle in the profile Dialog
- New setting "autoReportTemp"
