Lower deprecation numbers to unbreak compilation with current KF5

(due to KRegExpEditorInterface being deprecated)

Forcing people who compile stable-kf5-qt5 from git to keep porting
away from newly-deprecated APIs isn't a good idea. Wrong branch for
that.
