Description

Panel: Go back to use KOpenWithDialog instead of KRun::displayOpenWithDialog for "Open with"->"Other..." dialog

Because we want to set the commands working directory.

This partially reverts commit d5c70dfbe0d358f57a11c174f875ab8a3b65dc80.
