[otr-proxy] Fixed incorrect check of adaptee method existance (channel)
The ChannelProxyInterfaceOTRAdaptor seems to be generated by outdated
qt-svc-gen.py from telepathy-qt.
The same fix applied at ccdf6a3c006a0f385a1224ee45f89a3776aa0fb9
