[Colors KCM] Signal selectedSchemeIndexChanged when model reloads

When the model is reset, the view loses its current index (and it could have even
changed by items being added or removed).
Fixes the view losing index when editing the current scheme (calling setSelectedSchemeName
with the current scheme name noops)
