Description

QModelIndexBinder: Add a way to bind roles values to widget properties.

This is the first part of the editor widget support. Currently it is
only partially enabled because the ContextAdapter has bugs that
trash the values.

All the delayed support and eventual reset per "IndexView" support
isn't enabled.
