Added more details for the Fill Layer for Perlin Noise.

Also revised the order of elements to reflect the actual order of fill
styles within the filter. Lastly, added a note about the color fill layer
option about a minor improvement I added to Krita for 4.2 which uses the
currently active foreground color as the initial color value.
