R37:c1cf170d0d5f: Enable extra options for masking brush.

Summary

This adds strings, so it is for 4.1

In this forum thread, it was requestedwhether certain options could be added to the masked brush, with the aim of creating fringe effects.

This adds several of those options, to create the following effect:
