R37:604bccb42ae3: Update the default workspace

Summary

This shows the file toolbar with undo/redo (to remind people that they should SAVE their work!) and an updated selection of dockers:

Advanced Color Selector/Tool Options/Overview
Layer/Channel
Presets/Preset History

The tool option docker's location is up for discussion... I just don't know where that should go for real.
