R119:3373696fe4ca: Fix positioning applets in free space on desktop
Summary

Fix incorrect coordinates mapping from/to items.
This fixes issue with unavailable space for applets at top
of the desktop with top panel.
Also when moving applets, it will now correctly jump to panel
only after the mouse is actually inside the panel.
