Test Plan

tested the feature with several configuration and usage:

multiple windows
split views
many tabs
selection of the "alternate tab" by mouse or shortcut
no tab bar list

Thanks for the patch; sorry for not replying sooner. I'm not sure what the best name for this feature would be. I'll look at the code when I have time.

A lot of the code has changed since this patch - I've committed a patch that should do what you want - if you are running master Konsole, give it a try. If not, it will be in released April 2019.
