TempDirSelectionWidgets in file selection mode behave unexpectedly in that their KUrlRequester is in “open” accept mode, which breaks output file selection.

Follow the steps by the reporter in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=382506 and observe the dialog being in “save” mode as opposed to “open”.
TempDirSelectionWidgets in directory selection mode still behave as expected (media copy dialog).
