Summary

This brings back the ability to find and launch Kate sessions through KRunner, e.g. "kate foo" will show the "foo" Kate session if there is one.

FIXED-IN: 5.10.0

Test Plan

Saved a bunch of sessions, also ones with special characters, "kate" found all of them (depending on the number of surrounding results for "kate" which there are a lot, it might not show all in the UI), "kate foo" found sessions containing "foo".
Removing and creating new sessions in Kate immediately updates the internal session cache in KRunner.
Invoking a result will start Kate with that session
