Following the changes made when discussing https://phabricator.kde.org/D4008:

Several modifications in the "get-involved" page: the INSTALL file uses a different method for downloading a Krusader.po file because once that the user has its mouse cursor upon the download link, so that he has seen its preferred language code (which can be as crafted as "ca@valencia" in my zone), the use can download the file just clicking (instead of figuring what he must change in

$ wget -U "Mozilla/5.0" https://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kf5/<XX>/messages/extragear-utils/krusader.po

modifying it, and executing that wget command). That step gets easier just clicking, is more intuitive for new people, but the wget method keeps on being mentioned (as an advanced way in the INSTALL file).

Some changes in other places to make things easier for new developers when they are beginning. A note about a change that has to be applied to a command was moved before the user executed the command. Some "https" links were used instead of "http" ones to try to improve a bit the security.
