Summary

Now that all users of the macros leaking this have been ported away from
KDBusConnectionPool we don't need this anymore.

Perhaps increase akonadi version ?

Not sure that's needed, as older versions of Akonadi will work perfectly fine with both new and old code, they will just link against one small extra lib.
