Going for templates for now only to trying to get my feet wet here, and planning to do the same for other templates afterwards, to make sure any new projects done with templates do things as preferred from the start.
Changes done with licensedigger/ and manual editing for SPDX-FileCopyrightText with %{CURRENT_YEAR} %{AUTHOR} <%{EMAIL}>. Perhaps the latter could be done by licensedigger also if it learned to deal with KAppTemplate placeholders (cmp. https://api.kde.org/ecm/kde-module/KDEPackageAppTemplates.html) ? Not yet looked at the code.

Regarding the conversion of placeholders, that can easily be done in licensedigger, it's just a simple regular expression there.
