Summary

The screenshot folder is always opened with Dolphin, regardless of the default file manager set in System Settings, Default Applications, File Manager or the preference order set in inode/directory file type.

This patch opens the screenshot folder with the file manager (or other program) set by the user.

Test Plan

Test compile, no error with different default program. User doesn't to logout/login when settings are changed.
