These is no need to have two different main QML files for desktop and mobile, and we do need to check environmental variables to load a platform-specific QML file.

I wanted to keep this as an example since while in here having 2 different main files doesn't change much , but for complex apps is really the way i would ask for it to be done in cases the mobile app must be significantly simpler than the desktop one
