Appstream path has moved preferred location from /usr/share/appdata to /usr/share/metainfo

This has been changed in master extra-cmake-modules in the variable for appstream location, KDE_INSTALL_METAINFO

It's best to use this variable if possible so it picks up the new location as distros adopt it (all appstream using ones should have done so)
