This provides an env.var-based mechanism to force the use of a specific spell checking plugin.

A warning is printed when a plugin is ignored that would otherwise be used, and care is taken not to print any further warnings for that plugin.

Works as intended.

I see this mostly as a testing facility so have not added any documentation about it - yet. Should I?
