So, to give context, this is the seemingly needed change on Plasma code side for the currently planned way forward with T8126#181349

Just uploaded here already as note to self and when needed to have something to point to when approaching people for further preparation action.

There is no agreement that splitting off a separate category is the way to move forward, so discarding.
