Summary

This allows us to bring up the mainwindow or show other dialogs while the keycache is still beeing populated and removes the need for a splashscreen which is a somewhat outdated concept.

Pushed with a slight change to also wait for keycache in Kleopatrapplication for command line calls that require the keycache (notably --query)
