One thing I did notice while landing this is that Frameworks' pipeline for SUSEQt5.9 hadn't been adjusted to take this into account.
I sorted that out with https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-tooling/commit/5b274c9c70f278f699f90ce254da4bfdf96367e9
