I wanted to build Peruse, but there is something annoying going on with Ubuntu, QML and QStandardPaths and where CMake installs the files, so I haven't had much luck.

Instead, I decided to write some documentation, because that doesn't require testing. Currently the whole ACBF folder is commented, because I understand that part the best :P

I also added TODO where I found weird discrepancies or missing objects.
