[KMountPoint] Remove AIX support

Summary

AIX has not seen a release for 3 years and can be considered legacy
and completely untested. Remove supporting code.

I guess this makes sense. One could add a #error in case of someone trying to build on aix, but it's probably overkill.

BTW: did you grep for other locations in kio for "_AIX"? Might make sense.

kio is AIX clean now.

Windows :
For WCE (see D15158), there are still several occurences.
