Summary

This entire thing is built on X technology and just crashes when opening it.
Don't show it in settings until it was rewritten to support Wayland.

FIXED-IN: 5.13.3

Test Plan

There's just a "Fonts" setting now that doesn't have a subcategory and leads directly to fonts

I think hiding it in a patch release is fine as it's completely defunct anyway
